Everything was easy from making the appointment to going there. The people who work there are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lian is wonderful. He listens very well to everything and asks pertinent questions. He shows his real concern and goes out of his way to make sure that he's doing everything he can for you. There aren't many doctors like this so I recommend you go to him if you have any issues he's the best!

I've been professional latin and ballroom dancer with very successful career for over 30 years. I suffered a terrible fall on stage, dancing with Andrea Bocelli and completely torn my hamstring , so when I heard I would need a surgery (my very first injury of this magnitude in 30 years) I freaked out. When I tell you this is the best Orthopedic facility. A few weeks ago my son Braylon unfortunately broke his arm. Today, we visited this office to receive an update on his condition. Fortunately, he's expected to resume basketball in January.

My knee was hurting and I was able to book an appointment with Dem Loan quickly and easily through Zocdoc. The office was efficient and the staff all very friendly. After only a few minutes I was led into an exam room, then given X-rays. Dr. Lian is the best, he sat with me for a long time while we talked about my injuries and weighed my treatment paths and options. He asked good questions to get to know me better in order to provide a more tailored plan that I could follow to treat my injuries. He spoke to me like I was in charge and even drew a diagram of my back to help me understand what was going on with my back! Great dude and physician!

So far so good! We're still working on a treatment plan but my initial impression of the doctor and the office was favorable! Unlike other ortho offices, the place does not have the environment of a "mill" and they give you the personalized attention you need without hurrying to get to other patients or you sit around having to wait for an hour or more until the doc finally gets around to you.
